How BinderTrack handles account, collection, wishlist, and public sharing information.

Effective date: June 1, 2026

Information collected

BinderTrack stores the information needed to run your account, including your email address, profile display name, public profile slug, collection entries, wishlist entries, sharing settings, and saved price history.

Collection entries can include card, variant, condition, quantity, amount paid, purchase date, source, storage location, notes, manual value overrides, and whether that row is public.

Wishlist entries can include card, variant, target price, priority, notes, and whether that row is public.

If you submit an issue report, BinderTrack stores your message, the page URL and path where the report was sent, basic browser details such as user agent and viewport size, your account user ID and email address if you are signed in, and any contact email you choose to provide.

How information is used

Your information is used to sign you in, save your collection and wishlist, calculate paid amounts, estimated values, gain/loss, refresh tracked card prices, show charts, and operate public profile pages when you enable them.

Issue report information is used to diagnose bugs, respond when contact information is provided, and improve app reliability.

Technical information such as request logs and performance measurements may be used to keep the app reliable, diagnose errors, and understand page speed.

Public sharing

Your profile is not public unless you turn on Public profile in Settings. Your wishlist is not public unless both Public profile and Show wishlist publicly are enabled.

Paid amounts and gain/loss are hidden on public pages unless you enable Show paid publicly. Individual collection and wishlist rows can also be marked private.

Private notes, storage locations, purchase sources, account email, and authentication data are not shown on public profile pages.

Service providers

BinderTrack uses third-party services for hosting, database storage, authentication, performance measurement, email delivery, and card-data/market-price lookups. Those providers process information only as needed to operate the app.

Issue report emails may be sent to BinderTrack administrators through an email delivery provider. The report email can include your message, the page where the report was submitted, basic browser diagnostics, and your contact email if provided.

BinderTrack does not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Your saved app data remains in the app while your account exists. You can delete individual collection and wishlist entries, and you can delete your account from Settings.

Account deletion removes your account-linked app data from the active database. Issue reports may be retained separately when needed to investigate reliability, abuse, or security problems.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, email systems, or provider systems as part of normal security and operations.

Security and children

BinderTrack uses account-based access controls and database policies to keep user-owned collection and wishlist data private unless sharing settings are enabled.

Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in issue reports.

BinderTrack is not intended for children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13.
